MiTrac Construction, Inc. is a general excavation contractor that is based out of La Grande, Oregon. We have been serving Eastern Oregon, Washington and Idaho for the last 31 years. We specialize in site prep, underground utilities, road building, road maintenance, demolitions, in-stream work, pond developments, levy construction and natural gas pipeline work.
MiTrac Construction was founded in 1990 by Mike and Tracy Partney. Mike's love for construction started back in the 1980's, working beside his father. From all the skills, tricks and expertise he learned from his Dad, the most important was his work ethic and integrity.
31 years later, we are still a family owned and operated company and we strive ourselves on being the most honest, hard-working company you will work with!
